They are just now implementing this policy? In SoCal at Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions you've been required to have a face covering for about two weeks now, customers and employees in order to shop/work.
They are more like temps. They will quit once their real job opens back up. I work for a major grocer in SoCal, my store has hired over 20 people in the last 3 weeks, all of whom said that this is temp for them until the lock down is over.

The stay home "order" is a suggestion. We all still free to come and go as we please, but most businesses are closed by 9, so no point to go out after everything is closed. Plus grocery workers will be exempt if there are any quarantine lines put up.
My company today sent down a print out for us to hold on to to show authorities should lines be put up so we can pass to get to our store.

Damn R's in my district 25 have split the vote so far. Steve Knight shouldn't have tried to run again after he bitched out to Katie Hill last election. Also scary to see over 5k so far voted for Cenk, and over 100k R's voted against President Trump
Just got back from the protest at the Ventura County Courthouse, saw 3 cops. One motorcycle cop parked across the street from them, one riding up and down the main street, and one that was going to the sheriff station. It was packed with protesters and people were driving through the courthouse parking lot jamming up traffic. Everyone was peaceful and having a good time, very little police presence there.
