Really depends on what they present in court. And they aren't likely to give out the best proof until then. If they find damning evidence on the servers from the Germany raid, that could over turn the election.
If they can prove a significant portions of ballots in Michigan, and Pennsylvania were injected with fakes, it can over turn the election.
If the supreme court decides that republicans should have been able to observe the counting in Michigan and Pennsylvania, it will over turn the election.
The supreme court is heavily conservative slanted. I would say he has a really good shot if he can present even a half ass case to the supreme court. We know from the statistical data fake votes were injected. It's just a matter of presenting the data in a way that shows it violated the constitution.
