From 1995 to 2006, the alleged "opposition" party controlled the House of Representatives. This supposed "opposition" held the office of the teleprompter-reader-in-chief from 2001 until 2008, and regained control of the House in 2011, with an even bigger majority in 2015, along with a majority in the Senate starting in 2015.
Not once in all the years when they actually (theoretically) had the legal means to defund the policies that primarily impacted the people who voted for them, did they do so.
So they won't be allowed to follow Title 8 of the US Code which is one of the foundations for the agency's existence?

He's been a plant his whole life and I think he still is. Consider this:
David Hogg will be unliked by his peers for being a controlling, fascist wannabe. They'll dislike being in class with him because he'll be an exceptional brown-noser and will stir the pot by making everything a social justice issue. He'll have poor grades because he's just not that smart.

- how much 'better' you are, or
- what 'level' you're on,
...if you're extinct. And make no mistake, they want you extinct; meaning at minimum, jobless, unable to communicate or raise funds, and socially 'black-balled'.
