What you are proposing, secession to form another United States, is nearly impossible and I think not necessary.
As a first step, the red counties should break from the current state to form their own state. But constitution doesn't allow states dividing to form new states, so that itself is an uphill battle.
No secession. We need to address the root of the problem ie the federal govt beast.
Abolish the current federal government and rebuild a small version of it, to handle national defense, border security, immigration, foreign relations and perhaps a few more things.
Everything else should go the states.
In addition, any group of counties would be allowed to split from the current state and form a new state. Each state will get 2 senate seats as now.
Rather focus on creating a MAGA/Patriots caucus within the GOP and supporting candidates who pledge allegiance to its cause.
