Turns out he wasn't arrested for failing to wear a mask, but was detained and cited for disorderly conduct. Also it appears the store manager is a cuck and called the police because the man's son had asthma and used an inhaler, which logically required him to take off the mask to use it.

Both the man and his son were both issued criminal trespass warnings and have been barred from the store.
