I follow a very private person on another site who has links to people with military intelligence knowledge, with this info we know that the troops in DC are under Trumps command along with FEMA(the top dog in FEMA is one of Trumps guys). In 2018 at the SCOTUS hearings for Kavanaugh, Graham asked Kavanaugh," who qualified for a military tribunal", while staring down the swamp when he said it.
