Lmao what even is that article and your point? "cucked out to reference him"? Being a "traitor" to the British Empire is why Americans should detest Washington? Looks like we've got a redcoat here lol.

The video-taker literally says he lives next door. The cop literally says he doesn't believe he lives next door. There is no sign or speech of another crime. The guy with the DJ gear (in his own front yard?) is pretty casually just there fiddling away with it. Sure there COULD be more proof, but good lord, what's there to disbelieve on the face of this? They're literally arresting someone for not giving a full name. If it were a worse crime or an actual crime, then wouldn't he be getting charged with and arrested for that instead?

I so often get some sort of cold or flu after a flight. It's one of the worst enclosed places to be, its like riding a packed subway but for four hours straight, and worse, you're sealed in airtight like a hotdog in a vacuum pack. The air is so recycled and stale. This really is ridiculous.

I wish I had some outside guide to share, I had some sites I read waaay back when I was studying it in-depth with my husband, but at the same time the best source truly is the Bible. A lot of the time, God's word and truth explains itself. I'd say read the gospels and Revelation, skip Paul for now, pray for discernment and guidance, and see if anything becomes clearer.

There's really not many references to a rapture event in the Bible anyway, so it's a lot of hearsay and interpretation outside of that. I'm not even sure where the pre-trib stuff comes from biblically, but I do have to read it over again myself... In the end though, we all have to play it by ear, prepare for the worst but pray for the best. Keep those lamps lit. But trust me, the more you read direct from the source, and the further into the end times we go, the more clear God's message and our purpose as Christians becomes, rapture or not. The hidden is being revealed as we speak!

Sorry friend, pretty sure we Christians are gonna be here through the worst of it.

(Rev 6, during the opening of the Seals, more martyrs yet to come) 9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. 10 They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brother should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.

(Rev 20, Christians still around, not taking the Mark) I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They[1] had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.

(Matt 24, especially since any references to a rapture-like event point to it being when Jesus returns, which is at the last trumpet) 29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

But imagine being allowed to reign with Jesus for a thousand years!

And people will equally call you out on your own.

A trucker saves people? Irwin put bread on his family's table being an entertainer and a conservationist. His enthusiasm and honest charm won people's hearts, and he was skilled at it and his kids obviously loved and respected him, enough to want to carry on in his footsteps. That's the entire point of the post. Who are you to say he's not a man to look up to in his own right?

Make your own version, or better yet focus on improving your own life and those of the people around you, instead of policing a meme or the level of nobility and worthiness of each man's work.

Heheh, I know. It's just a thought exercise. But if we COULD be at a Whitmer-level of dictatorship, using their tactics against themselves, and they could be arrested at the drop of a hat for wearing one at all, they might dry up like the cowards they are. It's funny how little self-awareness the majority of Leftists have.

Wow. I came in here to comment on a heartwarming post about one of my home country's own, and the only comment I see is this cowardly, disrespectful mewling.

Say that to firefighters, policemen, soldiers. Say that to the sons whose fathers died in battle or in the ashes of the twin towers. Or to the son of a trucker who died in a crash while delivering his cargo, because Irwin's death was just as much of a freak accident. Even more so. Seriously, how many people die from a stingray barb straight through the heart?

Why don't you just stay indoors and keep your mask on, and let the real men take care of the risky work. Not everyone wants to lick balls for a living.

I've been in the same boat, I was so productive early on but these past few weeks have felt like the end of me. I've been writing that "quarantine novel" lol, so I'm sooorta still productive, but that plus hating wading through the sea of mask-wearers has me being even more of a recluse than normal. I've been telling myself to go for walks but it's the middle of southern summer here, too many excuses and my energy and fitness is dissipating and making it worse and worse.

Even just reading about you joining a gym gives me hope though, so thank you so much for sharing here. I'm going to do my best to exercise every day too.

Holy shit. What if they encouraged a ton of republican voters to move from shitty liberal states in the final months before election via riots and collapsing police forces exactly SO they'd be ineligible to vote 😑

I don't know if they're that smart but maybe they're just that insane.

“Seek the LORD while he may be found; call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." -- Isaiah 55

I see what you did there, btw, that's a pretty good zinger heheh. I pray that God will guide your thoughts and bless you. Keep well.

You might think that's an insult, but I could only hope to see myself reflected in the Bible's pages, or better yet, it in me. God had some strict rules for the nation of Israel to abide by while He had His abode with them, but that doesn't change God's holiness and ultimate message of forgiveness and mercy and love, sir. Do you have time for this conversation? Because if you wish to bring up some examples we can talk about it.

I get where you're coming from, but I don't think my faith is blind. I've read the whole Bible extensively, even as far as to look into the Hebrew and Greek. The laws and history make logical, rational sense to me, and the parts I don't understand are either obscure references to old prophecies, or perhaps haven't yet come to pass. I've also experienced miracles, and know of friends and family who have too. There's also near-death accounts, and idk if this would even help you at all, but Mark Taylor prophesied Trump's election before he even ran. I suppose you do have to at least believe that the Bible IS historical record, and that the events in it occurred, even the miraculous ones, even the fact that prophecies written in the Old Testament came to pass in the New. But I also see God's hand in the way that the earth itself functions, in every strand of coded DNA. Do you believe in evolution? Because that is a huge leap of faith in itself.

I also think that it's one of the best handbooks for morality you could ever find. Simply to want to follow its guidelines would show enough belief. This notion of having to "believe in belief itself" before you can know God is making it into some miracle you must perform without help, obscuring the reality of how easy it is to actually trust in a higher power. It's NOT on the same level of believing in the tooth fairy, God exists whether you believe He does or not. You either trust in His commandments and Jesus's words and have faith enough to follow their command, or you don't.

For unbelievers to put the burden of proof on the believer, is merely shifting the responsibility from themselves. You either find enough faith to follow His code for living a good life, or you have enough faith in the middle of some dark night to ask Him directly to open your heart to it.... Or you don't. It's not on me to prove the ever-living God exists. He just does, with or without your faith.

I hope you can give the Bible a read, if nothing else. Don't worry too much about the faith just yet. Just read it and see if you can agree with the wisdom it contains. If you find you can, then pray for God to kindle His fire in your heart.

I was adamantly atheist until my husband prayed over me a month or so after we got married. Scales almost literally fell off my eyes and heart, instantly. It was such a crazy feeling. Tbh we don't go to church, we read the Bible and try to be good people, I talk to people about it here and there, and it is enough.

I'll let you in on a little secret.... you can have deep faith in God and not have faith in "human religion" or dogma. The Bible contains all the knowledge you need to know. If you do end up going to a church, don't let them interpret it for you. Let your questioning nature work for you, in this case as well ;)

Btw, thank you for your service, and also your strength. I lost a brother to suicide, and I had to make a similar promise to myself, that I wouldn't put my father through that pain again. At times it was all I had, so I know part of what you feel. But hang in there, and get out and meet as many like-minded people as you can. It can get better, and it does. God bless and protect you, friend.

Little of column A, little of column B. Kind of like how some Red Guard feel awful over what they helped Mao do to their neighbors and teachers as teenagers, while others hope it'll happen all over again.

All useful idiots.

They're like this now exactly BECAUSE they've lost control of the narrative. They didnt need to pull this shit before to keep everyone demoralized.

They're having to pay people to go protest a lot of the time. These news places are also hemorraging money, the only way they probably stay afloat at all is Sorosbucks. The shriekfest means we're winning.

This is so uplifting. It makes me sad knowing so many people's hearts are closed to feel-good Trump memes like this. Just because they're conditioned to hate him above all else.

I'm sorry but no. This isn't "continuing doing what we've been doing", because I now am compelled to wear one of those muzzles to go into any store. Not when eating or drinking you say? Well that's common bloody sense because it's physically impossible. But what about when ordering and waiting for your food? What sort of screeching idiots are liable to call over to your table and nitpick the rules then? And Abbott set it to come into effect the day before Independence Day, like a real asshole. Is getting together with friends and family who don't live under your roof to watch fireworks included in those exemptions? No? I didn't think so.

If this order doesn't change a single thing for you, then congrats. Keep wearing your ineffective mask in stores. I'd rather breathe free air and not increase the CO2 and bacteria in my airway, thanks.
