100% I love nac. I don't know how much you're supposed to take but I take 1500 mg every other day. I used to take it daily. And I know you can take the stuff without hurting your body. And I believe they give it to you to filter your liver or kidneys. I'm not too sure but I have doctors in the family and they were telling me that you use NAC to clean out livers and kidneys from overdoses. Don't know how true that is. I do know that the shit works on the wuflu and it brings back your smell and taste and it gets rid of the brain fog that you get. As far as I'm concerned out of all the things I took over the last 3 years since COVID .. NAC has become My favorite go to!
I took NAC every day at first for about 2 to 4 weeks. Once my smell and taste came back I started taking it like every 2 days mixed in with my other vitamin routine. I also take k2 and b3 with it as well as quercetin dihydrate mixed with vit C and zinc.
This won't be a popular opinion here but I don't see anything wrong. See I saw a police officers tell me to put my mask up above my nose and I couldn't go into bars because I wasn't vaccinated and I couldn't get my children hamburgers and sit down because I wasn't vaccinated. So as far as I'm concerned if these police officers are working and they took their jabs. Then they should be taking their jabs to the face as well. They can go fuck themselves.
