I tried searching this group and couldn’t find it. Is there a link to join?

Yes, we need to begin getting a group together NOW so we can spread the word to other pedes who got scammed and have quite a bit of people joined by the time dust settles and we come out on top

Yes, I’ve been looking for some attorney pedes willing to help. Would happily join a class action lawsuit once the dust settles.

I have $ in PredictIt as well. How are you certain the SCOTUS ruling will impact vote totals? The Texas lawsuit seeks to leave the votes up to the state legislatures, not update popular vote totals which would change predictit.

I have $ in as well. I interpreted their email as “even with litigation going on we will begin closing markets once electors vote on December 14”. Honestly kind of scared

Interesting, I interpreted it as “in light of the lawsuits” as in “despite these lawsuits” we will be settling after December 14th for individual states.

Did you get the email they sent this morning? Wonder if they’re going to try closing markets early before the SCOTUS case can be heard

If they go through with closing out markets before the electoral college votes are reviewed and approved Jan 6th that would be terrible. We need to turn the heat on them, I emailed them this to their support:

Hello,

I recently received an email from you about beginning the settling of markets for certain states beginning December 14th when the electoral college votes.

I’d like to kindly ask you reconsider this. The electoral college votes on Dec 14th, however, those votes are not reviewed and confirmed until congress gets back on January 6th. Anything can happen with litigation in play between December 14th and January 6th - for example if fraud is proven those votes would need to be re-certified and re-confirmed.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to users of this platform. It is my hope that PredictIt settles markets when all litigation is settled and users have full confidence that their candidate won fair and square.

Thanks, Xxxx

Would love to join the lawsuit as well if this does indeed happen. Keep my information handy as well - how can we stay in touch?

What do you mean the trump team can’t do anything until they certify? Once they certify isn’t it too late to do anything? Please explain
