Oh nice I didn't realize I'd have something to turn on while I'm working today
Wow, the Australian news is talking about this story? I got the impression they were a total hopeless leftist state when I was seeing reports about arrests over things like being seen at a protest with no mask on.
I get the idea that most Biden voters are so delusional they'd vote Xi Jinping in as President if it wasn't a vote for Trump. So I'm not sure this changes many minds. I just hope when we win there's a way to fix these broken people.
I really hope the social media censorship is making it's way through the courts. We have to get this before the Supreme Court. If this censorship and propagandization of our news is allowed to keep getting worse the outcome of the election won't even matter.
Wow thanks, I want to try this! I've gotten weird about archiving things but I thought I needed a third party tool for YouTube, none of which have I had any luck with
Yes, if there's anything I take from 2020 it's not that Dems are out to get Trump or the Marxists are trying to take over, that wasn't new.
It's how easily and quickly people were made afraid and how easily they were willing to give things up because of that fear. Even people I know personally and I thought were reasonable. It's totally mind-blowing to me.
No kidding. Here in TX I see people (particularly in liberal places like Dallas) whining and moaning about how them showing up the first day of the early voting period and having to stand in line is all the Republicans suppressing them and every minute they stand there they are supposed to remember to vote them out.
Today, day number two, there's reports all over the place of no lines at all.
Someone could really obviously photoshop Trump into that pic of Ralph Northam with the KKK and "Facebook's third-party fact checking partners" would be inclined to call it a totally real photo.
I think I can do my own fact checking instead.
I'm not sure the Russians would agree with the boundaries outlined. Up next, the Dems claim this is a real picture and is therefore evidence that they aren't involved with the Russians in any scandals.
This reminds me of a story way back when I did network support for cell phones. Around the time that a BlackBerry was still a thing. A coworker gets a ticket from a customer that his picture messages aren't going through. They start investigating and the messages are all child porn. That got sent straight to the police. Dumbass criminals.
On the Trump side we need our American locomotive plants to stay open because the Trump Train just keeps getting bigger! Sorry guys that make brakes though, the Trump train has NO BRAKES! Its ok though, we will get you better jobs. They will be the best jobs at the factory. Fantastic jobs!
I actually made that argument with someone a few years ago. I don't really get why the government needs to acknowledge marriage at all. It didn't come off as a popular argument that's for sure.
Kamala is definitely more than one C-word.
This too! I used to think I could vote for weird third parties down ballot. That doesn't work, unfortunately if you like them or not just remember that every vote not for a Republican is helping the Democrats. I've yet to see a single Democrat candidate that I'd even think of considering.
If we don't like the Republicans then the time to deal with that is the primaries.
"What the heck" is this crazy woman going on about totally irrelevant virus bitching instead of about the issue at hand?
I look back and while I'd never say I supported gay marriage it was a non-issue for me. I just didn't care to fight it. Why does it matter if the government acknowledges a different marriage?
What I didn't realize is what a slippery slope that was and in just a few years it's turned from "we want to get married and be normal" to drag queen story hour and cutting off little boys dicks. I think they've even pissed off a lot of gay people with their BS. You know, the ones that really did just want to get married and keep to themselves.
I wonder why everyone seems to go the first day. I keep hearing about all the long lines already on day one. Dems call them "voter suppression" of course.
I was just going to go on election day like I always have.
These are mostly small towns and rural areas. I'd be a bit shocked if they were inundated with leftists. Rural Texas is very much Trump country. I'm a bit surprised they ever had remote school at all in these places.
I stopped for a bite to eat about a month ago in Mount Vernon (one of the list) and there was a total playground of kids with zero distancing and not a mask in sight. Rural areas are about the only places with free Americans at all anymore.
I had to drop in from work to say this is one of my favorite events President Trump has done. Good, open conversation I can just listen to with him while I get things done as well. What would he say, it's fantastic, just fantastic!
Yes, I'm still likely considered too fat, and have been a good bit fatter and unhealthy in the past. The only way I've ever moved on was to decide for myself that yes, I'm fat and yes I'm not going to be anymore.
Hiding behind "it's just the way I am", "it's a disease", "it's not my fault" or looking for some miracle diet that you try for a couple weeks just to go back doesn't work.
While true for the sake of the debate I'm glad Trump didn't remind them of that.
All those judges Obama left open for him. I didn't even realize that fact until the debate that Obama left over a hundred vacant judge appointments as a gift to us.
Oh yeah for sure I have a ton of respect for a lot of Russian principles (family, patriotism, respect for history, etc.). If anything really any post-Soviet state just really seem to share that, I suppose they learned their lesson already.
I really only taught myself Cyrillic at this point but going through the language a bit. I figured step 1 was to get over the total confusion of the alphabet being different. Still hoping to go to Russia in a couple years. Was supposed to go to Poland and Czech Republic this year. Post-Soviet states have become my favorite places to visit.
I feel bad that I can actually read that. Or well maybe not never bad to learn about the language of the enemy.
I can't help but hear that in my head whenever I encounter commie practices out in the world.
My understanding is Congress' subpoena power is for the purposes of gathering information in order to do it's job (i.e. legislation). They really only can do anything if someone ignores the subpoena and then it's very limited. Anything else has to go to DOJ.
Well, I suppose they could declare war on the Twitter CEO. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if they did.
