To help clarify, testing positive then negative then positive is likely relapse not reinfection, according to senior researchers. This is because the test measures a certain threshold of viral load, not antibodies. In other words a negative test means a whole lot less than a positive test does.
Sure. Nothing you say here contradicts anything I said, and still does nothing to change the flaws in your logic or legal position. Ask yourself why the antibody test matters. If like you say it would lend credence to her story, would she then be found not guilty in your mind if the test was positive? In that case, the threat of arrest was premature, as she's innocent until that proof is obtained. If the antibody test doesn't matter, then the veracity of her claim doesn't matter, only the sheriff's decisions on what speech is harmonious to society or similar such idea. Luckily it's a false dichotomy because even if she never had the virus, she's protected by the first amendment to tell people she thinks she had it, just as her school is free to tell people they think she didn't. The 1A doesn't protect truth, it protects speech. And funny thing, by doing that, history shows it ends up protecting truth in the end anyway.

Canada is weird. I have a license, order mine online all the time, even use a local site to buy and sell in person with no records. For some reason people think it's hard to get a gun here. Handguns are slightly harder to get in that it's registered to you. That's about it. We're just aren't allowed to carry. But acquisition is quite easy.
