So, help me out then. I'm certainly not a tax expert but my comment was based on a previous year that I had filed for an extension...and a peek at IRS website. Both confirm what I said? Not being argumentative here, just want to know what I don't know.

Very! I work in Madison, take my word for it. However, you don't have to travel too far to get away from it. Many people live outside of Dane County, where Madison is (surrounding Counties have lower housing cost) and commute.
Did you see that YT modified the ratio on that. The removed a shit ton of down votes. There are some posts here with screenshots showing 11k downvotes at 3 something PM, then only 2k(ish) downvotes 4 hours later. I personally saw the 11k when I went to downvote...and when you go look today it is much lower. Just like they did with the election.
