I believe the point is, that such a case would be accepted by SCOTUS. The denial of the TX case is said would have to have been from an individual not a state to be accepted.

From what I understand, the suit offers 2 solutions: 1) Throw out all illegal ballots or 2) Allow the State Legislatures to designate the Electors. Option 1 of course would favor Trump substantially, and I have heard that option two does as well.

From what I've heard and read, it's about states unconstitutionally running their elections, not fraud. But, there is evidence in the suit that references the potential fraud as a result of those unlawful events.
