Do you remember when the United Kingdom left the EU? The malice that the EU people had towards the UK was palpable in every dealing that the UK had with them. If it didn't escalate to violence, it would be like that.

Chicago, IL here, I see gas prices almost there. Yesterday I drove by a place that was $3.74 I think. The remaining $0.26 cents won't be a problem.

From what you say it sounds like he has no interest in even thinking about it. I think your only way would be that he personally feels the pain from losing a job, etc.

He's not on insulin or epinephrine (for allergies) by any chance, is he? You could print up Biden's executive order where he nullifies Trump's order to make it cheaper. Now it's back to ungodly expensive again.

I don't think there's any redemption for that guy. I had a colleague that would buy beer whenever his father-in-law would come over. Put the TV on ESPN. Leave him along w/ the beer. Do something else until the FIL goes away.
