From personal experience, hope any helps:
Avoid any big decisions for a brief period as able. Extreme stress/anger/sadness + big decisions don't mix well.
It sounds like it was more than money or capital invested, it sounds like you have invested your personal identity in this business. Just remember you are more than bank statements, balance sheets, potential profits, etc.. When core parts of our identity get hit hard, it can shake us to the core. Talk to those who care about you to help reframe/clarify who you really are. This can potentially make you more resilient than before.
Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself like you would a close and cared for friend/family member. Be realistic but also give yourself grace, not because of some bad event, but because we all need it daily.
Who would have thought that choosing a degree and signing away massive loads of debt should take serious consideration.
