Honestly, I'm sure a lot of crimes get proven in this way...by something that seems mundane but is actually a smoking gun. Maybe not the best example, but it reminds me of Legally Blonde when she exposes the lady for taking a shower right after getting a perm
you shouldn't have to identify whose fingerprints they are...you would just need to see that they're different
edit: I wonder if that's why Trump's team keeps referencing "light" and "sunlight"....I know there was that theory about watermarks but maybe they could use it to identify fingerprints? uv light would detect fingerprints, yes?
the reason it's so insidious to say "hurr durr it's not widespread though!" is because it's targeted and that's the whole POINT. this happened mainly in milwaulkee, detroit, atlanta, philadelphia, las vegas, and phoenix. it was in a select number of specific places.
Keep in mind that the number of people who spend their free time hate-spamming Trump's twitter is a very small portion of the population...they're just loud and obnoxious. I'm pretty sure most people have better things to do. It's just a small group of hateful people that make themselves seem more proliferous than they are because they're so loud
I'm sure you can program the machine to not do that, just the way you can program the machine to not match signatures, or to print marks on ballots, or to change the votes when a certain candidate is too far behind, or literally anything you can think of that would be useful for stealing an election
it's designed to be confusing and not make sense and then they call you stupid when you don't understand it
