If Chauvin gets convicted, the government just taxed it's citizens to buff an infrastructure that will be manned by basically nobody, because they know they'll get thrown in prison, and then prison shanked, crime will run amok, and Minneapolis burns to the ground. With crime amok, and no police, the cost of business and insurance grows, people say eff that, I'll take my business elsewhere or out of state, the cities are now salted and scorched earth economically, which means no jobs, which means no income to buy resources, so more riots and theft and looting, and Minneapolis burns to the ground. Congratulations to the future elected officials of the city of ash and rubble.
