Third, life is hard, period. You're just in an episode of when it's harder than normal.
Fourth, focus on your emotional well-being. Right now, your emotional health is being effected from the external. Flip that shit around. These people are happy to shit all over you and then blame that on you? Nah. This is a clear sign that they don't care about you. Cut them out. If they question it, tell them "I'll say this once. You are close-minded and it's a shame. You won't broaden perspective and I'm not allowing that in my life anymore. Have a nice life" and lose/block their number. (Leave their ass wondering).
Fifth, find a church where there are more wholesome people. You know, there are sinners there too, but they're trying. They're not perfect, you're not perfect; that you and they know that will mean you're already dealing with a more self-aware and (likely) caring group of people.
Sixth, take a trip and go to a Trump rally. You'll be welcome because (and this might sound strange), Republicans want African Americans to know that they aren't racist and here's the reason --because they're not racist. I think you'll also find that there are more young black men and women that are like you and you'll probably find them at the rallies. Then, you can create online friendships that help build you up.
Seventh, get comfortable with saying "shame on you" and be ready to tell set someone straight. Someone talking shit about others based on race, tell straight up, "shame on your for using race to diminish another human being", "shame on you for giving up that pussy too easy", etc.
Last, remember --- you're free now. Life might not be easy, but you're not living a lie.
