Only one toe. I have felt tired and sleep more than I should, but I attributed it to stress from all of this. I also have had an unusual sharp pain on the side in the same foot. A moderate persistent headache. Some shortness of breath many weeks ago but nothing too bothersome. An occasional mild chest pain. No fever, no congestion. The flu or even a common cold is much worse.
