if they rule the appointments unconstitutional before they are seated? Who does the military listen to? Is this the "flashpoint" that starts the civil war 2.0? The military is obligated to the President as Commander in Chief, but this only extends in such cases where he has remained lawful. If the SC deems his actions unlawful, is the military now betrothed to the law, and thus the SC and the constitution above the Dictator. I personally think this is FAR from over.
