Here is why this is even funnier. My ex-wife is an adjunct professor at a college. They have had multiple meetings and all the tenured professors are saying they WILL NOT return to school to teach kids physically. The college is begging adjuncts to fill in and having to pay them more. But truth is there will not be enough teachers physically at school to provide classrooms for foreign students. Schools will have to mandate that teachers return or be fired.

Who said anything about grunt IT work. Over my 35 years in the business I have hired 3 people from Ivy schools. All were complete duds, arrogant assholes who felt they deserved more than what they were hired to do. Now maybe they could have gotten more than what they were given but they were too ignorant to get there and were fired within a year. The 2 worse bosses I have ever had in my life and the 2 who were the most unethical and down right criminal were from Ivy schools.
Ivy schools breed the White Liberal degenerates we are destroying our society today. Last thing I would ever do is give them the chance to spread their destructive ideology into normal society.
Now if you are over 45 and went to an Ivy school, this may not totally apply to you. But if you are under 45 then thats a badge you will have to bear.
That may be true but as a senior executive in the IT market, if I see someone with an Ivy League education I throw their resume in the trash. That is about the extent of what their education is worth.
Point was its pretty easy to find a good school at a price that is not anywhere near harvard even with out of state charges.
