Crayola is not organized crime, unlike Purdue Pharma (company behind opioid crisis). If Crayola had an organized scheme as part of their business model to poison their customers and financially rewarded its merchants for encouraging this behavior, then yes.

They gave rebates for overdoses thanks to McKinsey consultants' "idea laundry" service. https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/legal-challenges/527839-top-consulting-firm-mckinsey-suggested-purdue-pharma-give

They also moved money out of the country to avoid being punished financially for their criminal enterprise. https://www.swissinfo.ch/eng/business/swiss-accounts_sackler-family-accused-of-transferring-money-to-switzerland/45228356 https://www.forbes.com/sites/jayadkisson/2019/09/13/of-the-sackler-family-and-fraudulent-transfers/ https://guestofaguest.com/new-york/nyc-society/sackler-scions-sell-manhattan-mansion-and-flee-to-gstaad-switzerland https://www.addictioncenter.com/news/2020/11/purdue-pharma-plead-guilty-opioid-criminal-charges/

Various types of psychological manipulation or "consent manufacturing", which is a form of coercion prohibited by Nuremberg. It's like being under hypnosis, not really a proper type of consent.

That's not an actual law, it's a proclamation, basically requesting and honoring the person it is referring to. It says that the Noahide belief system underpins American law (basically, the Judeo-Christian concepts of morality, one of which is monotheism). Which is not precisely accurate, there were other influences and Christianity is a type of monotheism (triune God).

So Kamala will go to the secret time machine in Area 51 and undo 50+ years of US foreign policy in Latin America, she will tell the CIA no more drug and weapons smuggling there or they're fired. /s

Unpopular opinion: Charge the drug companies who created the opioid crisis with Floyd's death and the deaths of nearly 1,000,000 people. (source: https://www.hhs.gov/opioids/about-the-epidemic/opioid-crisis-statistics/index.html)

Put their owners and executives in prison for life, or give them the death penalty.

So Apple censors now too?

I remember the iPhone battery slowdown lawsuits of a few years ago, they secretly and deliberately reduced performance "to save the battery" which had the effect of people going to buy new iphones since "old one not working so well."

Unfortunately, there isn't really a better alternative that solves all the ethical problems with Apple hardware (such as environmental considerations ie rare-earth mining, working conditions at the factory, censorship, pushing a political agenda). I know a couple manufacturers that are better in at least one area (Librem, Pinephone, Fairphone).

Here's an ethical ranking of cellphone manufacturers. Surprised Apple is not on the list.

You are absolutely correct. That's how we know Covid-19 was an intentionally developed (though maybe not intentionally released) bioweapon. More likely, they weren't done working on it. But now it seems they have finished.
