Probably, or they are not big enough.

Google's business model is based on collecting as much accurate information as possible in order to profile their users better and sell more ads. If they have completely accurate, detailed information on everyone, that increases their value as an ad network. Censorship actually harms Google much more than it harms Facebook or Twitter. They want you to be honest with what you type in (such as in search) that you share with them, so they can profile you more accurately and sell you targeted ads. Allowing more speech is useful in this regard.

We need to develop an AWS-blocking browser extension or software program, that automatically blocks all Amazon IPs and lets users message webmasters requesting they cancel their AWS contract if the site is blocked because it relies on AWS.

Probably because they are a data-gathering enterprise, read several years ago that the mood of twitter predicted stock performance quite well actually. Sort of like Amazon, Google, Uber, Lyft are companies that are basically private intelligence firms, and the "product" you think you are buying (goods, rides, free email) has nothing to do with their actual business model. Which is to gather as much data as possible about their customers and then become valuable based on the amassed data which they can sell to anyone (insurers, advertisers, government).

I saw a better version on Qresearch2 on 8kun, not sure if linking to that site is allowed on TheDonald? (Mods?)

I wonder if all their servers are based in Russia? VK = vKontakte

There is also Telegram (internationally-distributed operations)

Well, it's better than Gmail. But suggesting everyone migrate to one provider or a few shrinks the attack surface for three-letter agencies and oligarchs, making us more vulnerable as a group. There are several others that are good. Basically, just mass avoidance/disuse of GMail, Chrome, YouTube, and Google search robs Google of valuable user data (and thus money). Any non-zero-knowledge data storage service is vulnerable to legal (and illegal) attacks (subpoenas, raids, etc.)

Brave is Chrome-(Chromium) based. Chromium is open source version of Chrome, but it's all developed by Google.

I actually think Google's business model is harmed by internet censorship since their goal is to collect as accurate of data as possible on people and use it to sell ads and customise their experience - if people can only type false information, this fails in short order.

Duckduckgo gets results from Bing, but Bing doesn't see your IP (so it is better than Google search, also they appear to be less obviously biased).

Gmail: Ladar Levinson has Darkmail (not sure if it's up yet; he used to run Lavabit and rejected US gov illegal order to spy on users). Don't trust centralized secure mail. You can also use GNU privacy guard (GPG) to encrypt message text only - that works with any mail service (requires some technical knowledge - as others have suggested, ProtonMail is easier to setup for nontechnical users - they are also based in Switzerland not US). You're here, this is better than reddit. Anything hugely popular with normies is censored (Reddit, other well-known networks), usually due to lawsuits or pressure from governments. If you have an iPhone, I strongly encourage you to learn Android and switch. Even non-rooted Android is more open to user-customisation and installation of "unauthorised" apps than Apple - Apple can remotely delete apps from users' devices. If you buy a more popular model, you can get it rooted or install a custom OS (such as by going to a phone shop and having them do it for you). Amazon now offers so many services it's hard to cut them off completely. AWS (Amazon's hosting company) runs a great amount of the Internet - which you can't really control. Amazon does streaming video, music, online shopping, Alexa AI assistant, ring security cameras. You can replace Alexa with Mycroft (more expensive but open source AI device), use closed-circuit security services. Really depends what you use in terms of defunding Amazon. If you buy from 3rd party sellers, non-house-brand items, or do not buy items "shipped by Amazon" that helps so they get less money.

Use VPN (paid, so you are hopefully not surveilled) or Tor, though these are not foolproof and mainly guard your activity from your ISP (to a degree). This requires software installation, and for VPN you have to be sure all DNS queries are routed through the VPN - only use OpenVPN. Add "HTTPS everywhere" to your browser.

Youtube alternatives (some have controversial or offensive content): Bitchute, LBRY, Banned.Video, Vimeo (they also censor, but are more well-known than the others), Liveleak, DailyMotion, Dlive, Metacafe

These are services that don't require any software-installation to use, this means they are the most popular as few people want to use a full desktop or laptop computer that can run different applications like BitMessage or I2P. If you can put in the time, there are many open source communication softwares that are more secure or censorship-resistant (decentralized). For example, you can run a Diaspora server if you have the technical knowledge, and you can communicate with people you know in a secure manner.

The only thing these fcks running Twtter and Facebook care about is the stock price. Needs to go down.

Cancel Prime, AWS, and other Amazon products and don't order anything off Amazon. They have CIA contracts though.

Smash your echos and FireTVs.

Excellent point, if the main site is down, the hosting of the app is immaterial. In fact, they should just host the APK (Android) and whatever Apple uses on their main site. That would be secured by SSL (https)

The only distributed, non-proprietary one I can think of is Diaspora. But the problem with it is it's semi-centralized, just people with more local servers rather than one country. It's not truly peer-to-peer (though this lowers the barrier to entry for casual users).

He's allowed because he doesn't have much ability to actually influence US politics or threaten Twitter's right to censor its users. Trump, on the other hand, can actually shut them down.

Belarus, Taiwan, Iran, Brazil, Israel

Some are not 100% first-world. But they aren't fourth-world either, they have large cities and industrial development.

We really need vpn + bittorrent to share intel. unfortunately that requires the user to install software and doesn't run that well on phones.

Because the US is the offshore bank of the rest of the world. While demanding other countries share financial data on Americans with the US, the US does not share foreign investors' investments in the US with their home countries.

Especially Joe Biden's Delaware.
