New PDF has blank metadata, unclear but most tools tend to plop their details in there at export time (e.g. the original one).
Likely the source document which generated the original PDF export is unavailable and so the redactor had to use screenshots to apply the redaction.
IMO this is most likely a larp. The “Scytl” org has no members and no novel repos. Anybody could have created it with the false info and forked the publicly available repository (eg, jseats) into it. Do the GH APIs give you org creation date?

The function for Y is chosen to make the visualization clear. You could also express it as the split between Trump and Biden for Individual Choice voters, and you’d see a trend after 20ish% of X where Y skews towards Biden linearly.
Where did they get the precinct data? Do we have data sources at the precinct level for PA or WI?
The X axis expresses "how Republican is the precinct" as inferred by the percentage of precinct voters that chose the Straight Republican option.
The Y axis shows if the Individual Candidate voters were "more or less favorable to Trump". They do this by plotting the difference between these voters' Trump % to the the straight Republican voters' split.
For example, in a precinct which had 80% Straight Republican (vs 20% Straight Democrat) but only 20% Individual Trump (vs 80% Individual Biden), you'd put that precinct as a -60% on the Y axis.

The enthusiasm we have towards the govt power to locate, track, and seize citizens like this should be tempered. Good to see anarchists stopped. Bad to be reminded of the tools at the disposal of our govt to effect tyranny if the wrong people were to come into power.

She chose a timely and shrewd time politically to make the announcement. Undoubtedly a bump going into the in-person voting (mostly R’s) today. Firing the shot before now would have given some inspiration to the masked masses voting before today.
