When we were growing up, everything was fine. Mom and dad worked their asses off as small business owners to make sure we never went without.
After graduation from high school, she realized that no one was going to take care of her and it all went downhill from there. It's been 30something years of this kind of stuff.
She doesn't care what anything costs. She lives off of alimony checks. Hell, she might be in SSI or welfare for all I know. She's never had a job in her entire almost 50 years on this Earth.
Our parents have already removed her from their wills and made the money available to her kids ONLY after they're 21.
She had a full on meltdown when she was removed a few years ago, threatening to sue mom and dad because she deserved money for "putting up with their shit as a kid".
But somehow she's oppressed and hardworking.
My folks aren't billionaires, but they did the best they could and are not poor by any means after decades of owning their own business and smart investing.
Sadly, we've tried to get her help countless times. She's a 50 year old woman who is realizing that she's done nothing with her life except have 4 kids by three different men. All she has to show for it are many cats, kids that live with their dads, and cheap wine.
