It is 100% winnable. No martial law required. Sydney and Flynn presented a course that I estimate has 50% – 75% chance of victory. His staff just try to convince him to do nothing but accept it. As a CEO, my heart broke to see what he is going through. He is betrayed from within.

But it also suggests that whatever political solution we have will not come under scrutiny by SCOTUS.

They can slow walk it if they choose. But they can respond immediately if they choose.

Right. Congress, not Pence decides. Because Biden has more than 270, 12 A is not triggered unless votes are challenged. Here's the problem, after each challenge, they are debated and voted on by a simple majority. GIO doesn't have majority vote in either chamber. We will lose every challenge.

Constitutionally, I've never found one conservative lego scholar who thinks Pence has the power to do that. He has to count certified votes. The State determines if they're fraudulent.

Certificatoon means everything even if it's based on fraud because it's the only Constitutional way to get your votes counted. I'm trying to find a path.
