I checked in the server itself. All websites on that server ran the same web server software and were configured the same. Each web server ran the same plugins. Ports for ssh were moved to the same alternate ports on all servers. That just doesn’t happen unless the same person is maintaining every website on that server.

The land trusts you’re talking about are nothing. I’m taking about trusts that are tens of thousands of acres to hundreds of thousands of acres in size. These trusts are so large they shift the balance of power in rural counties. Nothing can be built because these large trusts are monied and will fight local development of even the most basic kind. I have family that owns land and lives in Montrose county and they are directly impacted by one of these trusts.
