no...nothing is withheld. using the word withheld signifies that biden and his team are due the funds and Trump is not allowing the release of the funds. What is really happening is set in stone by the law of the land. there is no president elect so there is no reason for biden to have a transition team because there is no transition.
They are not withholding anything. There is not a duly elected president for 2021. If you are going to be honest with yourself...both biden and Trump have 0 electoral votes at this time. Those funds and the right to access the ability to transition are only available to the rightful president elect...which there isn't.

you don't have to wear a mask in costco. call corporate if you want your own verification but all you have to say walking through the door is that you have a medical condition and they have to let you pass. I go all the time and it pains them to let me in but they do. I saw a few more people in there today without masks which was good to see.
