"Shootin' my meatball all in the boys' stools"
She did just parrot talking points, however she was actually good at talking off the cuff and not reading her notes the entire time like the current press sec. MSNBC probably likes the fact that she can talk naturally about party bullet-points without seeming too robotic and more "genuine". I can see why they wanted her, however it won't help their ratings lol
Sad to hear. Yes, second worst President, but imo a good soul.
In all honesty, I do really feel for the guy.
#1. He ran for senate and had the backing of a lot of hot shots/Dem. machine telling him he could do it #2. Guy has a stroke. No telling what his internal monologue/inner mind is telling him after that, but still had the support of everyone around him #3. Guy wins (fraudulently) the senate seat, then seems to have some minor stroke (or not - haven't seen anything saying 100%) #4. He may have enough mind left to tell him "hey man, this is scary shit and you need to watch it, you may not have long left to live". That would depress anyone. For all we know, his wife could be pushing him to keep going when he really doesn't want to anymore which could be a factor.
All in all, I've known several (older) people that have had strokes, it's nothing I'd wish on anyone. I'm sure that after having 2+ health scares, anyone would be depressed - I completely understand that. I do think it's a big bowl of shit to everyone that he actually got elected to the senate, however with that said I do feel for the guy as one person to another in terms of the health issues and all that.
How much would it suck to be rescued from a cave you may have thought you would die in, just to die afterwards from the suddenly...
To me, this sounds like a total troll
"I'll never financially recover from this"
The French = "people with mental illnesses" - AP
Communism = Everything is fake and gay
Well, they do have about 4.5x the population that we have, and we are seeing stories of people dying of the suddenlies left and right, so I wouldn't doubt that 4.5x more people are dying, however 10% is a bit high - how many boosters did everyone get there?
I don't think this matters so much - the president can declassify documents - doesn't matter whether it's Trump or Obama, it's 100% different for anyone else but the president.
I don't understand the strategy of telling the whole world we are sending XYZ to Ukraine or doing anything there......whatever happened to the element of surprise?
....Or else what?
You'd have to define God's definition of "win"
She looks like a wet dog
Either that or they weren't crazy and the CIA just uses the same profile to set them up in the public eye - one of the two I suppose
Funny, I thought college was easier than high school - and that was with 18 hr semesters.
Meh, I'd always heard that he agreed to get the mobsters back in to Cuba for business (casinos) since they helped him get elected but then the missile crisis and Bay of Pigs fucked everything up
Yes, but more specifically, having 2 X chromosomes means you're a woman. It doesn't matter what mutilation you do to your body or what hormones you pump in, a woman will still have 2 X chromosomes.
It's not Ye that I'm particularly interested in - it's the fact that he's willing to say unpopular opinions and make people consume it to get out of their comfort zone of what a "comfortable idea" is. Until we can desensitize people from differing opinions, we can't have intelligent conversations with the other side. I think him coming out with these wild statements that catch headlines is a move toward that, which I applaud.
And that's just fine - I'm not saying whether anyone agrees or disagrees with him, what I am applauding is the fact that he's simply willing to say it, in public, knowing he is a celebrity and doesn't care - which is what ALL of us should strive for; not caring about what anyone thinks about our opinions and share them. After all, it's the competition of ideas (just like anything else) that leads to the best answer/solution
The fact that he's willing to say things that others are willing to sensor, I think, is what's actually "stunning and brave". You may not like his opinions, but the fact that he doesn't give a shit about what anyone thinks and shares his controversial opinions is what I think is important. People need to become desensitized to differing opinions - whether they may seem offensive or not. Our opinions are offensive to liberals - what's the difference between that vs what Ye says and who gets offended by it?
WHAT'S GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT????
It's not the same thing? Look at the collar - on the left, the black outline goes all the way across. On the right, it does not.
