each ballot should have an id that can be identified and tracked. when it was mailed, when it was returned, or when the voter voted and what location, when it was actually counted and who handled it.
simplifying it a little bit, their game play is to repeat a lie (biden won) over and over again and expecting everyone to just accept it.
