Democracy and Monopoly", "Recollections of War Times", etc. naturally, this seems to show up due to a coincidence in the alphabetical ordering of Congressmen, in these then-classified summaries of the 36–38th Congress, overlapping the civil war. Because, of course. (Also, yes, I realize the spelling is different but, seriously, who spells "Ashli" that way anyway? Incidentally, Babbitt was last stationed at Dyess Air Force Base, in Abilene, TX. Since that location came up a lot recently in connection with Night76, etc. I'm kind of surprised nobody mentioned the connection before. At least, I didn't see it anywhere.)
