Step 1: Write job descriptions (in bulk) with impossible experience requirements (ask for 10 years of experience for something that's only been out for 5 years).
Step 2: Tell Uncle Sam no American workers have the talent for the job.
Step 3: Ask Uncle Sam for H1B visa (in bulk).
To be accepted by conservatives, you only really need to do 3 things:
1). America First (border security, put Americans and their interests first)
2). Be law-abiding (we're a nation of law & order)
3). Work for a living
