You need about 15 % of a country's population for an armed revolution, and if I remember correctly the nazis had somewhere between 15-20 % when they seized power so 10 % is nothing to scoff at. Besides, the rise of nazism was in large part a reaction to violent commies terrorising the Weimar republic. Saying that they had no power is ridiculous if you know this part of history.

Sure, I'm not saying we should ban black women from holding office because they're unlikely to be good political leaders. Just that it's natural to assume that a black woman in that position is a diversity hire until proven otherwise.
The fact of the matter is that black people on average have lower IQ's than white people, and women are not as capable of leading as men. Writing paragraphs on how we shouldn't judge them for that doesn't change the facts. In a merit-based society they still wouldn't fill those positions most of the time.
