Every day I feel like we are fighting everyone, both the left and establishment right, people like McConnell are going to keep trying to keep us down unless we go scorched earth on these fuckers, if they want to stay in politics then they need to join the Democrat party, that's their only option.
We already saw what happened in Texas with huge disruptions. If you're reliant on pharmaceuticals you may find yourself in a really bad spot if shit hits the fan. If you use antidepressants, for example, you may end up feeling all screwed up at the worst possible time because you weren't able to get a refill. If you rely on pharmaceuticals for other health conditions you would be in even bigger trouble. Anything you can do to reduce your dependency may save you later on. I've had plenty of issues over the years with alcohol, caffeine overdose, even tried antidepressants for a while years ago and I'm really glad I'm going through these rough times knowing all I would need to survive indefinitely are food and water, I don't think I would've felt that way a few years ago.
I made another post about fitness but I think people took it more to mean about working out in a gym but I don't go to a gym, one of the things I think is most important with what could be coming is being able to run a few miles if needed. That's currently my goal as I got out of the habit of running so my leg muscles are not fully up to it so I get injured if I push it too much. I think being able to run, if needed, is very important in a survival scenario. Just something to think about, don't wait until you need to run to try it for the first time in years because running related injuries can be really bad.

Seriously, we are headed for very hard times, your physical fitness will give you the best chance of survival. I'm not in nearly as good of shape as I was a couple years ago but I decided a few weeks ago I have to push myself as hard as I can so now I do my exercise until I'm sore, then rest and as soon as I feel recovered I'm right back out there again. I'm getting all kinds of minor injuries but that's a good thing because I want to get injured now and recover so that when shit really starts hitting the fan I'll be in as good of shape as possible.
