They are telling you what kind of Senators they are. They are compromisers, people who won't rock the boat, who won't fight for you.
Meanwhile there's Rand Paul who seems to be standing alone in the storm, willing to speak the truth and do the right thing.
LONG POST, SORRY:
The old rule of thumb for the Dem/GOP/Ind split is 35-30-35, with a lot of that 35% Ind number being center-right people that usually vote GOP but don't register with the party for various reasons.
So let's take Trumps 75 million+ votes and say he won 20% of the Dems, 95% of the GOP, and 60% of the Independents. That's purely my estimation of the split. Due to the fraud, we'll never know the exact numbers. That breaks down to about 53% of the total vote assuming Biden legit won 80,000,000. BUT, as we know, Biden didn't win 80,000,000. I'm inclined to say he won about 60,000,000 non-Dominionized/non-ballot-stuffed votes. Which means the actual total number of voters in 2020 was about 135,000,000.
Of that number, about 47,250,000 were registered Democrats, another 40,500,000 were registered GOP, and 47,250,000 were registered Independents.
Thus, Trump won about 9,450,000 Democrat votes, 38,475,000 Republican votes, and 28,500,000 Independent votes. That totals out to about 76,425,000 votes.
Now, I'm assuming Trump is referencing some poll or data he saw tonight that told him that. It doesn't say how many registered D or I think the election was stolen, but let's assume it's a slightly lower amount, due to the likelihood that GOP Trump voters will be more hardcore and tuned in, whereas D and I Trump voters are more low info types. So let's say the number of Trump voters who think the vote was rigged breaks down to 5,670,000 Democrats, 17,100,000 Independents, and 35,397,000 (92%) Republican.
I SAY ALL THAT TO SAY THIS:
There are a total of 58,167,000 patriots who believe their vote was stolen.
Now let's say not all of them are hardcore. Let's be really conservative here and say only half of them are well beyond saying "yeah it was stolen, but whattaya gonna do. We'll get em next time!" The other half are saying "enemies domestic have stolen our vote and are weeks away from installing a Chinese-compromised, marxist puppet bent on destroying the fabric of America. We must not let that happen." That's 29,083,500 patriots openly discussing the need to fight.
And let's be even more stupidly conservative and say only half of THAT number is willing to do more than say anything about it; they're willing to take up arms and do as our forefathers did to win independence from tyrants. That is still 14,541,750 second amendment-armed Americans ready to rock and roll.
But let's be even MORE stupid conservative and say only half that number are fit and equipped and trained and courageous enough to go from the barracks to the front line. That's 7,270,875 active soldiers willing to give their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor. Seven million.
Do you know how big the active military of the World's great powers are?
China has a standing army of 2,000,000. North Korea has a standing army of 1,400,000 Russia has a standing army of 1,000,000
Do you know how big all of the armies on planet earth combine total up to? And that's including our army and the army of all our allies. Every army on earth totals to about 25 million people.
There are a total of 58,167,000 patriots who believe their vote was stolen.
"Concede, Joe."
Finally got around to reading this. Great article and since it was written before the election, the history hasn't been altered by thought-police to reflect the times.
One relevant quote:
"After the Civil War, the Insurrection Act was further amended to give the president authority to enforce the 14th Amendment and the conditions of Reconstruction in the South. That authority is now found in Section 253 of Title 10 of the U.S. Code, which gives the president the right to take military action within a state when “any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection.”
In other words, if an election is stolen, the act is there with Section 253 to take the necessary steps needed to make things right.
It's essentially war powers meant to fight domestic enemies.
Correction: they stole it from us.
This is our country, we chose the man to preside over it. Trump is our vessel, our weapon, our shield.
We voted. They stole it.
The beautiful thing about the Bill of Rights is that it was written by the people who did all of those things illegally. The King outlaws public assembly, they confiscated arms, they limited religious freedom, etc.
So, when the founders won power, they quickly wrote all of those illegal actions of them into law so the next generation could do them legally...even if they had to do them against the very people who wrote those laws (on the off chance the founders themselves turned into tyrants)!
So true.
Our founders met and talked about the problems they were facing. The more they talked, the angrier they got, not only because they were riling each other up, because they were learning that they were not alone in all their frustrations. That's how "we" the "people" got started.
Our nation was founded by people who regularly assembled, sometimes got a little drunk, often riled each other up, and once dressed up like Elizabeth Warren and dumped tea into the harbor.
BREAKING! Union and Rebels clash at Gettysburg! you won't believe what Lincoln had to say afterwards!
They have a constitutional right to vote to make it a disputed election in that state, just as Mississippi Democrats have the right to try and make their state a disputed one for Joe Biden.
This is abject fascism!
It brings the electoral college into dispute.
At that point, one Rep and one Senator need to say "we think the disputed electors (the ones not signed by the traitor governors) are the right ones"
at which point there is a vote (by delegation) for which electors to count. Technically the GOP controls the majority of delegations but we can't count on every one of them to remain loyal after so much other betrayal.
What's this about Michigan State Police being ordered to keep GOP electors from casting a similar vote as GA, PA, and NV did?
right. Listen to how absurd this is:
the first court decision said "these ballots over here? These? They can't be counted."
the second court decision, by the same court, said "these ballots over here? These? The ones we said can't be counted? Well, they were counted and it's too late I guess to be angry about all that, so we're going to let them be counted."
FIRST, LET'S KILL ALL THE LAWYERS
right. an "error" is an accident.
This is fraud.
sorry, that was my summary of the report that was just released
"In Central Lake Township there were 1,222 ballots reversed out of 1,491 total ballots cast, resulting in an 81.96% rejection rate. All reversed ballots are sent to adjudication for a decision by election personnel."
Important to note that this is a small precinct, and didn't have any infamy with poll workers being kicked out, etc. And yet, all those ballots were adjudicated and votes were changed to the point where people in the county realized something was wrong, that it would never go blue.
So in a county that no one was suspecting of fraud, major fraud occurred. If that's not enough to examine the rest of the state nothing is.
This is some grade-A bullshit and anyone who handwaves it and goes along with the election as if it's all on the up and up is either a co-conspirator, a coward, or a legitimate retard, any one of which should disqualify them from public office.
The system was designed to mark ballots as "error" so they can be "corrected" by people at the counting places.
Those people doing the correcting we supposed to be monitored by both GOP and Democrat people. The GOP was kicked out either by hook (forcing them out) or by crook (claiming a water leak, etc) and then those ballots were changed.
68% of the ballots could have been tampered with and no one was there to see what was done.
"everything here was already debonked before it was released!"
-State Senator Karen from GA
ballots recorded as being 'in error' by the system were sent to adjudication where they could be corrected without supervision (a staggering number of them happened this year, too). In addition, the vote adjudication logs for previous years are all intact but the logs for the 2020 election are all erased.
If terroristic threatening to ensure a coup against a rightly-elected President isn't enough to invoke the insurrection act, nothing is.
I feel like we need a stickied "Insurrection Act FAQ" post that breaks down what it is, how it is used, what Trump can do with it, etc
Mitt and Sasse will flip. Collins maybe too.
this needs to be higher and it's something I was saying last night.
I think people will be surprised how the court votes when a suit that *does *have standing finally comes before them.
It cost them literally nothing to sign amicus briefs. It cost nothing to intervene in the suit.
It cost nothing. It was no risk, all reward. Exactly what you'd expect from a politician.
But if they want to play that game, fine. PA, AZ, and GA all saw their legislatures join with Texas. So put your money where you're mouth is. If you believed Texas was right, then send Trump electors. Simple as that.
Her tirade should be used in the appeal to show that they did not get a fair and impartial jury
How soon before we start hiding in attics?
