What even is Diversity Training? Do they teach things like, if you have a black employee, you can expect them to be late all the time, to steal stuff, and generally fuck things up because they cannot understand how it works, but you cannot hold them to the same standard you would a white person. If you hire a Mexican, they will show up early, work their ass off, insist on a 30 minute siesta after lunch and sometimes bring you tamales. If you hire an Asian, they will be best suited in the accounting or analytics department. If you hire a gay man, they will constantly make themselves the center of all drama and often subtly smell like shit. They will just vanish for a few days at a time when their relationship decides to beat the ever loving shit out of them and they can’t walk or even use the phone to let you know they are almost dead. You can’t fire them; this is their culture. If you hire a muslim man or woman, they will hate you most of the time and after a few months they will recluse themselves to their office and stop talking to anyone. If you hire a lesbian, they will work out fine, but they may resent working for a man from time to time. Just give them a raise when they do something great and they will work out fine. If you hire a black woman, you cannot force her to follow any hygiene rules, her nails, hair, and eyelashes are her right, and she is a queen. Concerned by "Potential" for violence, not at all concerned by Antifa violence or Blacks killing blacks. We should realize that we have the absolute power to overthrow the swamp.
