I do not see it that way. The Judge gave Trump another chance to convince Judge after the hearing yesterday. They Judge set out the problems for Trump and now is letting Trump have a chance to fix them. This is actually helpful to Trump.

Depends. If State Supreme Court, then go to US Supreme Court. If it is a lower court (state or federal), then go to the intermediate court of appeals. If that fails then go to either State Supreme Court or US Supreme Court. Whatever method takes place, the case is likely going to end up in the US Supreme Court unless a lower court rules in Trump's favor. US Supreme Court is not necessarily required to take these cases and can simply allow a lower court ruling to stand.
Actual lawyer perspective. Courts were never set up to do phone and/or video conferences with large groups like this. This happens all of the time now with COVID restrictions and use of calling systems. Somd courts better than others. Nothing to read into the call going bad. Just stop reaching on that front.
