I would not trust reporters statement that none had been counted. The brief that PEN filed with Supreme Court suggested that these ballots had been counted.

NO. This is a procedure order that would happen in any appeal based on the documents that appear to be missing. Appeal Court needs the underlying record to make a decision and appears the record was not produced. This can happen when you immediately file an appeal. The trial court may not even have the records needed to send up. do not read into this ruling at all.

Basically, the number of ballots where proper validation of the identity of the voter is lacking exceeds what would normally be expected. There are stats on all this crap and if the numbers do not match other elections, then evidence of fraud is very strong. Trump is signaling that we have the evidence that many of the ballots are fake.
This was likely a sting operation from Trump. Trying to figure out who the spies left in the administration.
This would make it easier to steal the election as no signatures required. This could be the first step they set up to ensure that they could add more ballots when needed.

There is no mistake about what Trump thinks of this guy. I think it signals that Trump is about to go into full revenge mode.
This is one possible outcome. Because there are no federal lawsuits involved, there is going to be some stops along the way at the federal appeal level that stop the Supreme Court from needing to get involved. There is a reason Trump appointed all the Judges at every level. Appeals court could rule in Trump's favor and the Supreme Court could simply deny review and that would be it.

It appears they did not file a written response, which is telling itself. I do not think the court is going appreciate that either. The next order is going to be a nail in the heart to Biden and Democrats.

Because they told them they would segregate late ballots and not count them officially. They would only count after court decided what to do with the case.
They lied their asses off to court and now court going destroy them.
This Order indicates that someone misled the US Supreme Court as to what was supposed to happen. the Court did not issue a prior order based on the representations that were made about segregating of the ballots in questions. The hammer and I mean a massive sledge hammer is about to fall on the PA SOS and every county election board. There is no way the Court will let them get a way with it. There going to find a create remedy that is going to make Trump a winner and put an end to this fraud.
There are a couple of old school ways Trump can uncover this fraud. First, he can see whose finger prints are on the ballots. Run a series of ballots and see what the pickup. If they only get poll workers prints, then you know something is up. Next, you can use an ink test. If the same ink is used on a large number of ballots then their may be an issue. Also, you can look at how the bubbles were filled in. If the bubbles appear to be filled in identically, then you have another issue. Assuming their is rampant fraud, Trump would find that the same ballots with only the finger prints of poll workers, using the same ink, and same bubble markings. This is a huge task but is likely a method to uncover this scam.
Extremely important because it reduces the number of potential ballots that can be used to support computer tallies. It seems pretty clear that Trump working theories has to be that the ballot software was manipulated to give Bide won. Dems will need real ballots to back the computer numbers, which they will try to do with these late ballots. Not having this type of ballot to use will make it more difficult to conceal software fraud if it exists.
