Very disappointed to see Steve Scalise and Devin Nunes cave to the mob too. And this ladies and gentlemen, is why we’re losing the culture war. Even our “strongest” Republicans will cave for woke points.

Obama appointed judge. There’s your answer. We actually have communist judges in our judiciary.

Hate to say it, but Flynn will lose on an en banc review. DC Circuit Court of Appeals is totally cucked. And good luck trying to get Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Roberts siding with Flynn. Pardon is going to be only option soon.

Her lawyers need to do an emergency appeal to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

I think that’s a remarkably fast turn around. These four cops are going to be tried separately. Defense attorneys are also going to ask for and probably get a change of venue away from Minneapolis. Mid-2021 is the earliest if everything’s actually kosher. But if ANTIFA Ellison manages to rush a trial and have a verdict by August, this whole thing is officially fucky. That would mean the rushed prosecution was 100% done to create civil unrest.

Dark mode is a fantastic feature by the way. Thanks mods!

Side of Beef Round 2! Coming this August. You’d have to be a fool to think these glowing documentaries, interviews with Howard Stern, books, interviews, and a strong Twitter game was just for vanity.

I didn’t vote for this. There are more NY’er pedes than you realize. I voted against DeBlasio twice. A lot of good people here don’t want this. An angry mob has taken control of this city. It’s tragic.

Huge story. And excellent move. I fear, however, that this is going to be Mueller 2.0 and will take us to the election. The SDNY is the swampiest US District Court in this country. There’s a lot of secrets there. Comey’s daughter is an AUSA in the SDNY. Swamp is gonna fight hard against a MAGA US Attorney that’s appointed there. We should be ready for it.

Yes, a prosecutor will typically provide multiple options for a jury to convict a defendant on if the case is not airtight. Murder 2 in this case is a BIG reach. Even Murder 3 is going to be tough. Best bet is Manslaughter from a prosecutorial perspective. You can indict a ham sandwich, but convicting one is another story.

With the prospects of a COVID Round 2 going out the window, and the Dem riots fatiguing and angering the public, the next “crisis” will be about Berman. Calling it now. There will be a Mueller and Impeachment 2.0 over Berman’s firing. There’s arguably no swampier US District Court in the country more than the SDNY. The swamp is terrified about Berman’s firing.

I agree with this. However, I’d also like to add that the protests and riots at first, were somewhat beneficial in the short run for the Dems whether we want to acknowledge it or not. There was a uniform polling dip. As always, Dems and lefties overplayed their hand yet again, and this will rapidly go south on them, and it probably already has. GEOTUS’ perfect framing of the riots as being an exclusively Dem problem is YUUGE! This is an excellent method of attack. Widespread civil unrest is ALWAYS unpopular across all demographics. Polling shows this time is no different. Supporting riots is an unsustainable position for the Dems, and the longer this persists, down ballot races will be at risk for Dems this year. Expect a pivot to a new crisis soon. Calling it now: Impeachment or Mueller 2.0 coming with the firing of Berman from the SDNY.

Coming from an NYPD family, one reform that I thought of for big city policing that cops and the public would both enjoy is to stop using police as a means to raise revenue. In New York City, the NYPD brings in at least $1 billion from tickets and summonsing that is mandated by City Hall and the Mayor’s office. The City will tell you there’s no quotas or expected activity, but there is. Cops want to make a difference in the communities they serve; not punish otherwise law abiding citizens with bullshit tickets and summonses for very minor offenses. You want to know a ridiculous ticket that Bloomberg’s NYPD loved giving out? “Blocking Pedestrian Traffic” for standing and loitering on a sidewalk too long. Instead of focusing on making inroads with the community and getting bad guys off the streets, the men and women of the NYPD are forced to hunt for summonsable offenses on their tours. This leads to inflammatory and unnecessary negative interactions with the public. Cops are constantly threatened with tour changes or “highway therapy” (Precinct transfer to somewhere far from Officer’s home) if they come up short on summonses. This practice, in and of itself, lowers morale. And as a lifelong New Yorker, I can tell you that unfortunately, Rudy Giuliani engaged in this quota nonsense as Mayor too. The City’s budget has been too dependent upon summons and ticket revenue. I could imagine that almost every other large big city is structured the same way. Eliminating this practice is something almost everyone can get behind, and would make an immediate difference for the cops and the community alike.

Sorry to hear that Pede. This community stands with you and loves you! I know it’s not easy. I’ve been estranged from some of my family over politics for awhile now. Never bend the knee!

Thank god. And not a moment too soon! It’s time to go back on offense. These last few months have been Dem-sponsored hell. JOBS NOT MOBS!
