You said all 50 states, I was pointing out the states are all different, and in most the vote stands as voted! Only legislation matters, per constitution and supreame court recent ruling, governors, agencies, (and courts!) Can not interfere with legislation of electors.

No, you are wrong. I have actually studied this case because of all the retarded disinfo about it. I really wish people would stop making stupid assumptions about 'all states' and repeated them everywhere as fact just because they read something from a retard journalist who did zero research.

u/rainman informed you wrong.

the outcome of the recent case is thus:

Electors CAN go faithless and vote however they want, and that vote is official and counts. States can punish electors for voting 'wrong' after the fact however they want. (as long as due process, jury of peers, equal protections, cruel and unusual punishments etc are not violated)

Electors are still free to 'take one for the team' in order to save the democracy.

Checks n balances at work!

agent smith routines are programmed into most npc's, You are having one totally innocent conversation and hit the wrong keywords and they transform into an agent instantly becoming another person until the programming runs its course and releases them back into who they previously were.

Afghanistan was so important we created a fake war in Iraq to get there. I'm convinced there is some true to the gateway theory... they had teams named after the draco and lots of military vip's took trips out to the vortex point at the top of the pyramid.

I have a business license. That business may not make any money yet, (geez, so many project costs are front loaded no matter how small you start) and I may be living out of my car in the woods, but the big tech CEO's told me this is how they started their businesses as well.

My grandpa always told me to put my money to work for me, not to spend it all on frivolous stuff, so that I will have more money to work for me, and income in the future. Every time I make a 'business upgrade' purchase from money earned from a business gig though it fills me with pride, their isn't anything else like that feeling of accomplishment and a job well done with a completed project, and a satisfied customer at the end of a successful business deal.

Well, it is the advertisers who pay for it all, they are the 'consumer' not us, we are just part of the 'product', the brainwashing and entertainment are just side effects. So we don't have grounds to sue over pricefixing (the courts in my observance trend towards liking to get involved more over money than for the rights they are supposedly protecting)

crowder sucked me in with his change my mind series. That is pure genius. He is SO good at debating, and is SO prepared. He is really good at finding all the points he agrees with on people and then pointing out people are raging against and reacting to SYMPTOMS of underlying problems and not root causes.

Something I try to do, but never have the facts and figures held in my head nor the conversational skills he has.

The truthiness of this facts factuality is currently disputed by mainstream sources. Russian disinformation is real, and is a threat to our democracy.

You are right, new accounts need numbers now. the 'skip' button only exists for older accounts who signed up before phone numbers became mandatory.

7
cosmicspiritwarrior 7 points ago +8 / -1

I have a parlor, you can press 'skip' when they ask for a phone number. My account is currently functional without a phone number. Twitter disables your account after a delay and forces phone number entry to restore access.

This is true, the remains of my mis routed, shredded, and soaked discharge paperwork eventually was delivered in a plastic bag two years late. there was a piece or cardboard still left together that had a bunch of dates down the edge as they kept trying to find me and get it delivered.

portland seattle and la, 3 cities that steal 3 states every fucking time?

8
cosmicspiritwarrior 8 points ago +8 / -0

but you ARE supposed to be able to trace and certify the results. The fact that you can't is part of the fraud. they can't just shrug and say "well we fucked up so bad you just have to take our bs count" you say, "no you fucked up so bad your count doesn't matter." We had do-overs in some jurisdictions in prior elections because of fraud.

but the feds can say 'hey put these secret code on any ballots you sell to the states" and "oh by the way here is a national security letter, don't tell anyone what you did"

1
cosmicspiritwarrior 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would also add, that AFTER this process is complete, state legislatures decide electoral votes based on information they are given.

Most are bound by law to vote a certain way, and the supreme court also recently ruled that they may be punished if they do not vote as required, HOWEVER, they are still free to vote however they want, and accept the consequences of their actions, however, their votes are still legit and valid if that happens.

This is the current state of things. Also, court cases are still pending. Bush v Gore took till December to be resolved IIRC.

cosmicspiritwarrior 4 points ago +4 / -0

fed don't print ballots, they work with the people who make the printers to certify certain paper makers that the states must choose from.

the fraud is that they are not ordering all the blank ballots from 'approved' paper manufacturers, but buying extras from overseas/ black market printers.

1
cosmicspiritwarrior 1 point ago +1 / -0

it's not about when the ballots are counted, its when they show up at the polling place to be counted. BY LAW, all ballots most be collected and brought to the pollingplace by 8:00 pm IIRC in PA, but they showed up with random boxes of ballots to be 'mixed in' with the ones still being counted at 4 am, and then the next day more where collected from drop boxed that were supposed to be SEALED SHUT on election night but where left open so people sould still drop additional ballots in the following days..
