Whatever happened before doesn't matter. There will be new rules, and they'll find a reason why. Trump is a racist, covid, whatever. If there are debates, they will be set up in whatever way benefits Biden the best.

They can cancel the debates and the media will say because Trump lies, you don't engage with liars. And he's a hateful racist, you don't give a platform to racists. They can just say debates were never important anyway. Or they can just say black lives matter and fuck you, that's why.

We're already through the looking glass, my friend. Thankfully we have Trump.

Lots of different answers, ways to answer this. Here's another one:

We've had equality in this country for a generation. And yet blacks still underperform and have higher dysfunction on nearly any statistic you can think of.

This was a mental crossroads for many people and society in general. You either had to believe that there was some deeper societal problem like white privilege, or you had to start accepting that maybe there really are racial differences.

The second explanation is probably the most radioactive and impermissible topic in contemporary western thought. Therefore, the answer must be the first. And so it never ends and gets crazier and crazier, and you get books like the one above being taught to our children.

That's my impression too. They believe that stuff like this hardly ever happens, so why make a big deal about it. And right wing people do it more, that's a fact. And that in Trump's America, black people are violently attacked whenever they walk down the street, so confronting Trump supporters is fine anyway.

Barr said that China is the country most interfering with our election, and I believe him.

However, I'm going to respectfully disagree with you that the biggest problem of the day is the threat from China.

Frankfurt school, marxist indoctrination etc, started after the second world war. That was years before China had any money or influence. The source is our academia, and this has been a long time coming.

Just my opinion of course. Not trying to start a debate or anything.

Exactly, America First. That's why we should let them come here. Because it's good for America.

Thanks, I spent more time than I should have wondering how calculating motion from initial positions and velocities is analogous to the current political situation. But you meant a sci fi novel. I might read that, thanks.

Edit: Just ordered it.

Maybe for you they won't. We're all struggling to understand what's going on. I'm not proposing a new set of beliefs or morals. I'm not telling anyone they are wrong. I'm not saying you need to uncover secrets or do new research. Just find a way that explains what's going on and makes good predictions about the future. If you think China or pedophile conspiracies do that, then fine.

I've suggested going to youtube and looking at the some things. They are often labeled far right, but they are anyway nonviolent and thoughtful. Many of the videos are hours long. That appeals to some, but not others. Nobody says you have to agree with everything there. Take what's useful. None of this is a political party or a religion.

I'll suggest a couple:

People are going to downvote me and call me naive.

But the problem is that many people have an outdated framework for viewing the political landscape. If you try to make sense of what's going on using standard ways of thinking like civic nationalism, it fails. The world doesn't make sense. It's like trying to understand physics using Newtonia physics without quantum physics. At some point your theories fail to make sense of what you are seeing. That's why people then turn to conspiracy theories, like it's the CIA or China or Satanists. It's like turning to magic.

I would encourage people to explore other viewpoints that can explain what is going on. Go to youtube and explore neoreactionary (NrX) or dissident right views. Mencius Moldbug's The Cathedral is a good starting point.

If any of this clicks with you, that's great. If not, that's ok too. But you don't need conspiracy theories. You just need a different framework. Just my opinion.

Sometimes the question comes up, what can we do to defeat the left. They control the media, schools, etc.

What Trump just did is something the right can do. It is extremely important. It's a head on fight against the deep state.

The universities are the source of all this marxists stuff. They are absolutely killing this country. And I think that is the intention.

We need to go on an all out war on the universities. I mean do our best to get rid of them, delegitimize them, defund them, make alternatives to them, etc.

It really is. When I read the headline, I thought I was dreaming. We have the presidency. We need to use our power, because the left certainly will. Critical race theory etc. only spreads because it's hidden.

5
cotoneaster 5 points ago +5 / -0

It needs to get out in the open. Leftists can't defend it. Let them try. It's like defund the police. Even most liberals and non whites won't defend it.

It only spreads through bullying and because individuals who suffer through it have no power to stop it.

No money for schools that teach your children that they are inherently bad people. That is obvious psychological damage.

I want to say we should sue, but I have no faith in the judicial system. Wrong ruling would totally backfire.

cotoneaster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Let's see. This is really a question of how powerful the deep state is.

In any case, critical race theory etc needs to be exposed.

It only spreads because it's hidden. It's like defund the police. Leftists can't defend it with reason. They only bully and use their power to spread it. Even many liberals and non whites don't support it.

It needs to be a national and political issue.

An anonymous man claims that in 1967 a friends neighbors former roommate claimed to have heard Trump tell his mom to stop nagging him while within earshot of a black child.

I've said elsewhere that the shit we are seeing is so crazy, it requires outside the box thinking. Yours is definitely outside the box thinking. Thanks for you thoughts.

But I think you're not putting yourself in their shoes really. After all, the media and schools tell them what is true. They are regularly presented with evidence that what they are told is true. They benefit for believing what they are told is true and are punished for doubting it.

Good, stand by your principles. I will say this. I've always supported gay marriage, and people like you said it would lead to degeneracy like trans kids and pedo acceptance. Looks like maybe there was something to that argument. Still, anti gay is a lost cause. It's accepted in society and that's not changing. Whether you die on that hill or not.

4
cotoneaster 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm afraid that the world will keep working that way for them, and it's us who will suffer and not them. Time is running out for us to deal with this problem.

8
cotoneaster 8 points ago +8 / -0

I don't think being a gay white man scores high on the intersectionality scale. I mean, being a white man gives you so many negative points, I think you might still be negative even if you're gay. Anyway, the flavor of the month for the left is black and trans. Nothing else really matters right now.

Well, I give you credit for arguing your point and having your principles, even though lots of people here are downvoting you.

The Bible clearly says lots of things that nobody cares about, not even you. And I just asked God if homosexuality is a sin and he didn't say anything, so I guess that it's ok.
