I don't know the answer to your question, but after watching these videos... do you see a theme? These pedophile rings are often buried, ignored, or left to gather dust. If anyone is sent to jail, it's for crimes largely unrelated to these horrific acts, or to scare those exposing the crimes. Government and major players don't ever seem to be implicated, charged, or sentenced.
