Anything can have an "encryption key" added.
Try downloading an episode or movie on Disney+ and copy it off your phone, see if it plays. It won't because it's encrypted, the key are your Disney+ credentials and it being able to authenticate to the service.
ANYTHING... any file can be encrypted. Hell, there are some old school methods to encrypting analog video on VHS.
And it's odd that the only other vaccine that "sexual activity" is mentioned during the trial... was for HPV. (Which makes sense for what it's being used for.)
Reading other vaccine trials, I cannot find language specifically restricting sexual activity.
