I read this and remain hopeful. I remain hopeful that this viewpoint and opinion comes from someone who understands the inner workings of our court system better than I. I am hopeful that SCOTUS decided to put the Texas case to rest because they knew about these, and they knew that they'd be taking at least (1) of these cases AND that these cases, if elevated to SCOTUS, offer better optics and more solid ground.
