Yah our company HATES yelp. A few years ago we were doing a promotion to encourage our customers to give us reviews on Yelp because so few people had yelp accounts.
So these people went out of their way to make accounts on Yelp just to write us a review. Well yelp removed almost all of the good ones but kept the bad ones.
And they CONTINUE to call our phone and harass us. Worst phone sales people I have ever dealt with they literally won't let you leave the conversation politely you have no option but to hang up on them.
Watch the end of the twitter video on that site. It shows a different angle. You can see lots people around but I don't see anyone touching the car, and you can see the person get in, shut the door and step on the gas.
Obviously we have repeatedly said if your car gets stopped by an angry mob hit the gas. Don't want to seem like a hypocrite. But there are some notable differences between this and the other scenarios:
- As far as I can tell NO-ONE even touched the car until after they started plowing.
- This appears to be a parking-lot, not the middle of the road.
- I don't know what lead up to this, but the car was already stopped and you can see the person get into there car and almost immediately hit the gas. Didn't honk or nudge forward or anything. Just went from zero to plowing without warning.
In that case you gotta do the opposite 😅
Something that helped me stay calm was realizing that I'm not trying to trick a girl into liking me. I just need to be myself and if she doesn't like that then we probably shouldn't be dating anyways lol.
But when you try to enter the dating scene, EXPECT failure. Plan on being turned down. And then if you finally get a yes you'll be pleasantly surprised. I was grinding it out on dating apps for several years before I finally met a good girl that was interested in me.
Maybe it does actually require a miracle from God for you to get married lol. But even most miracles in the bible require SOME sort of effort on the recipients part. Can't sit around doing nothing and expect anything to change.
In the mean time, focus on becoming the type of man the type of girl you want would want. Exercise, read the Bible, stop looking at porn, strive for success at work etc... If you can make even small improvements to yourself it will greatly increase your confidence.
I saw some socialists complaining recently how evil it is that capitalism requires people to work "just to survive" 😒
Like... They have no idea that SOMEONE has to be working for them to survive. Food and electricity and plumbing don't just exist someone has to creat and maintain all of that. If you get dropped off in the woods you have no choice but to work or die!
