Net neutrality means the provider of the 'net service, i.e. the ISP, is not legally allowed to give preferencial treatment to some customers vs. others. So while right now ISPs can legally create policies that would effectively ban something like Parler or Gab, with net neutrality they must remain neutral in deciding who to sell their bandwith to, so all voices can be heard if they simply pay for their portion of the bandwith.

Normally court affidavits are publicly visible on a government-run website and linked to a real case in a real courtroom with a known location and a real judge with a known name. And in Italy they are in Italian not English.

The fake Italygate affidavit has none of that. I wish it were real but no evidence supports that it is.

I try to address it but get called a liberal cuck.

I missed that part while doing a quick glance through your brief posting history, but your frequent habit of calling people faggots and/or retards makes me question your standing to address this issue.

  1. Biden will announce some wildly unpopular plans on the 20th and insurrection is the expected public response. e.g. take away all guns

In addition to suing if you can, how about threaten to tell your story on every news station and website you can post it on. Tell them all their customers and business associated will be sure hear about their shameful actions. They stand to lose a lot of business from Trump's huge support base.

I don't think anything he said is ambiguous about breaking the law, violence, or vandalism unless you are a complete moron.

Wasn't it the DC mayor that requested those troops? That would imply they would be working against Trump.

1
cropduster 1 point ago +1 / -0

They wouldn't want that. It's more effective for their cause to create fake news about you, then shamefully kick you out of office if you don't do their bidding.

That way they still look like the good guys to those who follow the fake news.

They just want to be able to run their articles afterwards saying "Trump no longer has barely any supporters left! No one came to his rallies, hooray!"

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

MSM lies are often more easily proved false. Stuff like this guy cannot be proved either way besides just waiting to see what happens.

Not saying I believe this guy, but to be fair if his current claims are true it would make sense that the ballots were also watermarked.

Hopium withdrawal. She's realizing she can't stop the BDE being proudly displayed before her.

You've got it backwards, bud. Net neutrality makes it harder to take websites like Parler off the internet.

He got many people's emotions to run high, which may have helped make the Jan. 6th rally bigger than it would have been without him.

1
cropduster 1 point ago +1 / -0

To be fair it did have entertainment value.

cropduster 12 points ago +12 / -0

Right. Net neutrality is important to protect against censorship at the ISP level, but in this case our lack thereof is helping the good guys.

This self defense may not be worth setting the precedent that ISPs should be allowed to do this though. It may get used against us very soon.

Because it's more unverifiable BS just like that affidavit that keeps getting linked everywhere.

If we are to believe this, we need some actual proof, no more of these video LARPs.

that any court has acknowledged as real or reliable

In case you're just looking into this for the first time, you'll see that the courts did not review the evidence at all in the vast majority of the most compelling cases. "Not acknowledged" is meaningless if they are able to make excuses for never even hearing any of these cases.

If courts or the media could actually debunk the evidence following a full forensic audit, we could all stop arguing about this. But they won't, and the evidence is highly compelling with many expert analysts vouching for it.

People like to think in absolutes. Of course there is violence coming from both the steal stoppers as well as the antifa who hoped to incite further chaos. Too many stupid arguments claim it was all one or the other.

They also aren't accounting for the sheer size of this rally. With that many angry people protesting, a handful of overzealous shitheads is guaranteed. The capitol police failed to secure a strong perimeter beforehand, plain and simple. They knew this was coming.

The reaction was planned, as was the capitol chaos. But what went down was not as chaotic as they hoped, so the planned reaction is now a major overreaction which will no longer help them as much as they had hoped it could.

I just hope that poor woman wasn't shot simply as an attempt to provoke more chaos.

Lefties have be super loud and pushy with such insane ideas to shame the weak-willed into accepting it as truth.

It was shockingly peaceful considering the size of the rally, the fact that they care enough to brave that cold weather during a pandemic, and how angry they rightfully should be about this issue and how they've been treated by the media and city of DC.
