Also, even though all three recounts had entirely different totals in all categories, and one election with only six votes returned with over 600 counted, the error rate was over 68 percent, and someone deleted all the logs they were required to keep.. none of that matters because someone totally not biased said that it was just a human error that was fixed before the final counts got reported. Since that error was cought and reversed there's no reason to look at all the other facts and data which don't line up at all, obviously.

Go and read the order. Section 1a is the DNI assessment. Section 1b is the following report. Both go to the President, one within 45 days of election and the next within 45 days of that.
The simple thing is that the first report goes to the President too. People are misunderstanding and keep repeating that it won't go to Trump until 90 days, but that's wrong: it's 45 maximum for the DNI assessment.
Also the DNI was with Trump today, it's very likely it's already done or he's at least been briefed on it's current findings. 45 days is the maximum for the assessment and "supporting information" and explicitly calls for it to be delivered to the President.

What could happen is the senate and house disagree and the tie breaker is Pence. States could send electors for both candidates, and Pence could vote for Trump's. Also, if nobody is picked because it's contested it doesn't go to Pelosi it goes to state delegations where each state gets one vote and Trump wins.
There's also the whole insurrection act and DNI report option, which is ugly but still exists depending on the results of the report. Which is why I said wait for the sixth OR Trump to say something. Nobody knew about this TX case a few days ago and we all thought we'd win anyway, it being denied ends nothing. Though it is interesting that all three of trump's judges said no, maybe there's a reason we aren't aware of yet.

This is correct. This case was about making it easier for everyone, but that didn't happen. Realistically the best outcome of this case was going to be SCOTUS telling states that they can pick whatever electors they want. Guess what? They already could and they still can. It's just less pretty now.
