I made a post about the same issue last night but Verizon "Digital Secure App" was giving me a similar message.

Difference being the Verizon Digital Secure App was giving me a similar message. Seems a bit too coordinated for my taste.......

I should specify I was on a Galaxy S7 running android using the chrome browser. I have since downladed Brave and already love it.
