KJV: "These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation"
Manuscripts Say: "... a way of salvation."
Not "the" way.
Now this is Typical of a Demon, Jesus is a way of Salvation, but the only way. The Demon is still trying to be ambiguous whilst not capable of lying bout the Disciples.
The KJV translators were not lying when they translated it this way, they were just trying to be clearer for the reader... but they did change it.
Not only that the translators themselves said in the preface of the KJV that as language changes so would the need for a newer updated translation. you don't believe that either.
In fact the KJV only exists because of this very same issue, I believe with Wycliff Bible.
