I used to smoke cigs. I switched to vaping. Then I forced myself to stop vaping. When I tried to vape again recently, I felt physically ill. I literally just couldn't do it. I tried different flavors a few days later. Same. Felt awful.
I decided to try a cigarette after not having one for almost a year. I wanted to vomit I felt horrible. I washed my mouth out and chugged ice water and waited for the feeling to go away.
Never again. Not sure what happened but apparently the switch to the vape, then quitting, then trying again the vape, then the cig...something happened for the best. I'm glad. I'll just chew regular gum now lol. No nicotine.
